Testing For Good Study Plans
Testing For Good offers two structured self-guided study plans to support your SAT preparation:
The SAT Core Plan is ideal for students who already have a strong foundation in Math and Reading & Writing and want to maximize your preparation in a shorter timeframe. This plan is intensive and can be completed in as little as two weeks. If you have scored 550 or above in both sections, this plan is likely a good fit.
The SAT Comprehensive Plan is designed for students who are looking for a more in-depth review of foundational concepts across Math and Reading & Writing. This plan requires a longer time commitment and may take six weeks or more to complete. Regardless of your starting score, this study plan is structured to help you reach your highest possible score.
These plans are recommendations and not rigid plans. You can customize them based on your strengths, weaknesses, and available time. For example, if you are strong in one section but need more support in another, you can combine elements of both plans.
You can also choose a plan based on your test date: Count backward to see how many weeks you have and select the plan that fits your timeline.
Point to note, what’s important is that no matter which plan you choose, consistency is key. To see real improvement, plan to devote at least 45 minutes per day. Without consistent effort, meaningful score gains will be difficult to achieve.
Start by taking the Free SAT Diagnostic Test to establish your baseline score. Once you have your starting point, you can measure your progress and make adjustments along the way.
Use your study plan and stay organized and track your progress directly from your Testing for Good account.
If you stay committed and follow the plan consistently, you will see the results you’re aiming for.
Good luck, and happy studying!
